The Vail Racquet Club is a member’s only facility. Weekday hours are 6:00am - 9:00pm. Weekend hours are
7:00am - 9:00pm. Members may invite guests to use the club facilities for $10.00/day.

Class Descriptions
Functional Fitness - Beginner to Intermediate level. Emphasis is on exercise that functions in daily activities. Cardiovascular, balance, and coordination strengthening, will combine with stretching, fit and bosu balls.
Group Fitness - All Level. Encompassing cardiovascular, core, flexibility, and strength training exercise. A great balance of activities for a total body workout.
Yoga - Beginner to Intermediate Level. Emphasis is on correct posture and body alignment. Breathing techniques, strengthening, stretching, balance and meditation.
Sport Yoga - Intermediate to Advance Level. Participants are required to have some previous experience.
Spin/Cycling- The instructor guides you on a scenic and challenging bike ride to the beat of motivating music. You set the intensity so all abilities are welcome. This class is limited so be sure to arrive early!
Winter Sports Conditioning - A high intensity workout encompassing cardio work, strengthening, agility, balance, coordination, and plyometric exercises. An all around great conditioning hour.
Athletic Training - Intermediate to Advance Level. A combination of free and fixed weights, core, and large muscle group strength training exercises. Get “PUMPED”
