Let the Vail Racquet Club host your next board meeting, sales retreat, training seminar, wedding or family reunion in our meeting and function space. Our 1,100 square foot Royal Elk Room offers complimentary wireless Internet access for our groups. Take your function outside to our 5,000 square foot plaza deck, located off of the Royal Elk Room, with unsurpassed views of the White River National Forest. Or, host your outdoor reception at our beautifully landscaped park area with sandstone patio.
Our professional conference services staff will assist you with all the details for a successful event, including on-site catering provided by Bighorn Bistro. Some of our past groups who have enjoyed our new facilities include: Rocky Mountain Chapter of the BMW Car Club of Colorado, CU Alumni, CU Kodak Ski Club, Bighorn Center for Public Policy and numerous others!
