Seasonal Policies
Resort Amenities are complimentary to quests who book directly through the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort. Resort amenities and parking may be purchased for anyone renting outside of the Resort reservations for an additional fee. We want you to enjoy our resort – calling us directly will ensure the best rate AND all resort amenities! We look forward to your visit.
Rates are based upon two people per bedroom. Extra Person Charge is $10.00 per person, per night.
Pets not permitted. Please contact us for a list of pet daycare facilities.
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum age to check-in without a parent is 25 years of age or older.
- Credit Card imprints are taken at check-in for security/damage deposit and incidental charges.
- Late arrivals, early departures and revisions to smaller unit types are non-refundable.
- Extra person charge of $10 per person per night. Maximum of two people extra per unit.
- Children 14 years old or under stay free when occupying unit with adult. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.
- State taxes, local taxes and service charge are not included in nightly rates.
- Crib and rollaways: please inquire in advance for availability and charges.
- Seasonal dates, rates, policies and taxes are subject to change without notice.
- Check-out time is prior to 10:00 am to avoid late check-out fees.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 pm.
- All preferences for location, bed configuration and specific units will be noted. However, we cannot guarantee such preference requests.
- Pets: we regret that pets are not permitted.
Spring, Summer & Fall Reservations
Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival and will be deducted from the same credit card unless the Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise.
Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled 8 or more days prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Summer reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Winter Reservations - Holiday Season (Christmas/New Years)
Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due November 1st. Final balance will be charged to same credit card given for deposit unless Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise.
Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled prior to November 1st, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled on or after November 1st. Holiday Season reservations made after November 1st require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Winter Reservations - Non-Holiday
Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Final balance will be charged to same credit card given for deposit unless Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise.
Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Winter Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.
